- investigate components of the internet and how digital devices exchange and store information
- investigate issues with operating online.
By externally assessed, this means an exam. We took it in early March - I think the teacher knew that lockdown was coming so we were entered for it just before!
We had to answer a number of questions about how the internet and associated technology work - this included a short essay. The only problem here is the timing - we had just 60 minutes to answer everything. I think BTEC should give us a bit longer than that!
